In order to cook properly,  RAW / FROZEN food must be placed DIRECTLY on the BOTTOM of the Hotbox during recreation!

Here's a list of things we have personally enjoyed to get you started! 

**Average cook/heating time at temp is about 2 - 2.5 hours


  • Chicken Breast

  • Stew Meat

  • 2# Prime Rib Roast

  • Boneless Pork Spare Ribs

  • New York Steak

  • Tacos!

Leftovers/Ready to Eat:

  • Corn dogs/hot dogs

  • Brats

  • Taquitos

  • Lasagna

  • Hot Chocolate (from hot water mix)

  • French/Garlic Breads (pre baked)

  • Mozzarella Sticks

  • Pulled Pork

  • Burritos

  • Soups/Chili/Stews (cooked right in the manufactures packaging)

**Baking does not work!


**We also highly recommend to NOT COOK FOOD DIRECTLY IN PAN!

Here's a list of what to cook/serve in!

  • Sandwich Bags - we suggest the freezer ones as they are thicker. Double bagging meats and foods that generate liquid is highly recommended.

  • Tupperware Containers - including the cottage cheese style containers from the grocery store.

  • Parchment Paper - suggested for wrapping breaded items & to prevent sogginess.

  • Aluminum Foil - Recommended to NOT wrap food directly in foil as contents of foil rub into food - wrap foil around parchment paper.

  • Manufacturers Packaging from the grocery store isles for most items can be put directly into the HotBox for heating or cooking.

**No containers have melted in product testing, even after being in the HotBox all day!
